For the daily tours – a full payment is required to confirm your booking.
We have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all our daily tours. A 100% refund of the ticket price (minus booking fee) will be issued if the tour is cancelled prior to 48 hours of it running. If you cancel within 48 hours of the tour this results in no refund.
On our daily tours to the Swan Valley (d'Vine Tour, Half Day Tour, Sunday Funday Tour) we take a maximum of 9 guests within the one 'group' or 'party'. For the Bickley Tour, it's a maximum of 8 guests. A 'group' classifies as a friend/family group of people booking on for the same date, either on the one ticket or multiple tickets, with the intention of being on that same tour together. Please enquire with us regarding your options for groups of this size.
For COVID related cancellations for daily tours guests, we will supply a credit note if you have cancelled within 48 hours of the tour. We do require proof that last minute cancellations are due to COVID matters. This means that you'll have to provide proof that you are in isolation or have tested positive for COVID. NO SHOW = NO REFUND or CREDIT.
For private charters and corporate packages we require an initial deposit of $200-$300 to secure your preferred day. Payment method will then be advised once the tours itinerary has been drawn up.
The private charters and corporate packages deposit will not be refunded for cancellations of private tours – however this credit can be used towards booking another private tour within six months time of the cancellation, only if you have given more than two weeks notice.
For private charters and corporate packages we have a 5 day cancellation policy with 50% refund minus the initial deposit. Cancellation within 48 hours of the tour results in no refund.
Please contact us for our full T&C's for our COVID Related Cancellation Policy for Private Tours.
